The MIST project is in a phase where two-semester student assignments provide the best learning opportunity for students and the quickest progress for the project. Students are offered to work for up to 15 credits on challenging tasks in the technical areas below
- Mechanical engineering
- Thermal engineering
- Functional testing
- Attitude control
- Ground station integration and test, mission planning
- On-board software

C, C#, and Python coding skills are useful in “Attitude control”, “Functional testing”, and “On-board software! “Hands-on” experience in electronics and mechanical work welcome.
You can, if you wish, use your work for credits to define a later M.Sc. thesis in MIST.

Students will be selected around first week of November, 2020 and will start their work in the project at the kick-off meeting at 1800 on Monday 18 January 2021.
